**About the role**:
The Medical Writer Supervisor’s work focuses on developing and supervising scientific content (from slide decks to monographs, promotional materials, abstracts, article reviews, congress reports and more).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supervision of medical and publication strategies.
- Devising medical and publication strategy
- Competitive intelligence analysis
- Bibliographic background research
- Creation, editing, and validation of scientific materials
- Ensuring proper referencing and scientific accuracy of all materials.Incorporating all feedback provided by the client in a proper and timely manner
- KOL management

**Skills & Experience**
- Must have a health science degree (e.g. in biology, pharmacy or medicine). PhD is a plus]
- 5 years of experience in medical writing and scientific content supervision.
- Ability to communicate medical/technical information to a wide variety of audiences
- Key Opinion Leaders management
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and absolute reliability in meeting delivery deadlines
- Native/Bilingual Spanish or English speaker
- Team player who can foster positive relationships between the department and other agency teams, such as creatives and account managers
- Experience with reference managers such as EndNote is a plus
