At Factorial we're looking for a **Content MKT Intern for the Spanish Market** for the Spanish Market** to help us take the company to the next level.
**Are you ready for the challenge?**
We want to develop the extremely talented people in our team, scale the company culture and evangelize our views on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world.
**What will you be doing?**
- Work collaboratively with different teams and external organisations such as sales, design, PR and product to create compelling ideas for content
- Create digital content for our different channels (blog and social media mostly) following the media strategy
- Learn and work with different SEO tools as AHREFS, Semrush, Screamin Frog and WordPress
- Assist on the preparation of the strategy for the SEO and the Social Media goals
**Your Profile
- Speak native-level **o**f Spanish**:
- Have a passion for marketing, writing and the ability to turn technical concepts into captivating stories and blog articles
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to switch projects based on prioritization of assignments
- Be social Media savvy, familiar with Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter and be able to work with multiple social media accounts
- Have the ability to work both independently with mínimal direction and collaboratively within a team
- Have excellent communication and organizational abilities
**Bonus Points
- Speak advanced **English**:
- Experience using WordPress or other Content Marketing/SEO tools
- Knowledge of the HR Industry
