**About You**:
As the Category Manager within the Family Care business unit, which consists of our market leader brand Scottex®, you will develop and implement category-growth programs and stories, lead cross-functional partnerships to embed Category perspective across the business and maximize value from category resources and tools. Leveraging syndicated data, shopper and consumer insights, category and industry trends, you will develop comprehensive category strategies enabling greater sell-thru, category share gains and category insights leadership. This information will be utilized among the Business Unit and Sales Teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.

You will report to the Go To Market Leader Iberia (Category) and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Planning and implementing long-term trading & category strategy, carrying out category & promo analysis and building and implementing channel & customer strategy (DPSM).
- Preparing and performing sales & customer presentation.
- Understanding category trends, purchase drivers, trip missions, shopper need states, etc. and liaising with CBU’s on executional strategies across all channels including ecom (Amazon, B&M, D2C)
- Building trade stories and leading category management projects.
- Working with customers and merchandisers to find new ways of expanding product categories.
- Researching competitors and suggesting appropriate pricing and promotional activities.
- Positioning and promoting product categories efficiently to have maximum visibility among the customers.
- Directing and performing proactive analysis across a wide variety of category business issues and data sources (e.g. shopper research, POS, panel, loyalty card, registry, omni, assortment tools, etc.) and making fact-based, actionable recommendations.
- Ensuring alignment of Category Strategy with brand plans.
- Collaborate with the Shopper Insights team to close research gaps in understanding shopper behavior and build growth roadmaps.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:

- Significant previous experience in Category Management or Marketing/Trade marketing, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Experience with and an understanding of market research, analyzing big data and making forecasts.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
- Analytical and creative thinking.
- Team working skills
- Native in Spanish and Fluent in English.
