**Funciones principales del puesto**:
Como Project Manager en Learning Heroes, serás responsable de liderar y gestionar de forma efectiva nuestro programa formativo de Trading. Algunas de tus funciones principales incluirán:

- Diseñar y planificar la estructura del programa formativo en colaboración con el equipo de desarrollo.
- Coordinar y comunicar de manera efectiva con los diferentes equipos internos y externos involucrados en el proyecto.
- Realizar el scheduling y seguimiento de las tareas y actividades del programa.
- Identificar y gestionar los riesgos y problemas que puedan surgir durante el desarrollo del programa.
- Garantizar la calidad y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del programa.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 3 años como Project Manager.
- Pasión por la educación y la tecnología.
- Experiência en el desarrollo de programas educativos.
- Habilidades de organización, coordinación y empatía.
- Capacidad para realizar scheduling y seguimiento de proyectos.
