Mission

As the Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), you will work collaboratively with other areas of the Biopharma & Plasma Business Units, along with other Operations and Services units, to ensure the proper communication of different metrics and analysis related to the Integrated Business Planning, as well as, for the proper development of projects and digitalization processes. The role is also responsible for performing adhoc scenario analysis responding to potential demand and supply variations.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- End to End IBP Kinaxis Program Management and deployment.
- Business process expert in Kinaxis: Maintain and validate Kinaxis Solution evolution.
- Build IBP Capabilities: ensure solution alignment with the process.
- Prioritization of changes requested related to material master data workflow in SAP and the Kinaxis platform.
- Interim solution management for Biotest and Plasma.
- Governance of material master data for Biopharma, Biosupplies and plasma.
- Governance of compliance policies related to material master data and definition of processes related to masted data management, data analytics and KPIs.
- Master Data lifecycle management for Biopharma.
- Participate in the digitalization processes of the End to End planning by finding opportunities to use business intelligence tools/systems.
- Scenario management in Kinaxis
- Support integration of new functionalities and changes in Kinaxis
- Support integration of data lake and automatization of reports.
- Performance KPI Monitoring and reporting: Communication to senior management of performance results and key information to facilitate strategic decisions on issue resolution & gap closing.
- Raw materials supply chain risk management.

- Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field of study.
- 5+ years’ leadership experience in Sales & Operations planning or business strategy/Operations/Data Analytics in large global Pharma operations.
- Expert in SAP SD/MM/PP/BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Expert in MS Excel and other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access).
- Expert in kinaxis as a user and solid knowledge of the functional configuration of the solution.
- Proactive self-starter dedicated to continuous improvement, result oriented and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills including the ability to develop and measure metrics, develop complex models, etc.
- Experience with implementation of Sales & Operations Planning or complex planning / IBP processes in a highly sophisticated network with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management/process improvement skills.
- Ability to create consensus and implement processes in a complex matrix environment.

**Flexibility for U Program**:Hybrid Model

**Flexible schedule**: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
