We're looking for a talented and motivated **BI Engineer** to join our growing team at The Hotels Network and to help us scale, optimize, and streamline internal processes and performance. **What you will do**: As a **BI Engineer** within our **Data & Analytics** team, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive Lighthouse's strategic objectives. Our central pillar manages millions of daily data points, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies to unlock new directions for internal processes and functions. You'll be instrumental in **building robust data solutions and reporting frameworks** that support internal decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and foster cross-departmental alignment. Your responsibilities will span: - **Enhancing Data Usability**: Optimizing data assets to empower stakeholders. - **Supporting Leadership**: Providing critical insights for data-driven decisions. - **Uncovering Insights**: Analyzing customer commercial behavior to shape strategies. - **Developing Definitions & KPIs**: Collaborating with teams to create strategic metrics. - **Ensuring Data Reliability**: Maintaining data integrity during due diligence and M&A projects. Working in close collaboration with the Internal Data Warehousing Team and cross-functional teams like Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Finance, you'll use data to uncover trends, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery and quality.
