Business Intelligence Analyst

**Job Purpose**:
**Responsible for the delivery and implementation of Business Intelligence strategy across multiple disciplines**, utilising insight from internal and external commercial intelligence analysis to drive strategic activities in order to maximise profitable share growth for TD SYNNEX.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Execute tactical actions in line with Commercial Operations** or Business Intelligence Strategy;
- ** Work closely with various stakeholders to maximise share growth opportunities in vendors and customers for TD SYNNEX**, for example:

- **Execution of TD SYNNEX Box Model**;
- Preparation and delivery of **tactical activities to support share of wallet growth in customers.**
- Creation of financial and operational **dashboards**;
- **Monitor market developments**, spot trends early and develop strategies to exploit identified opportunities;
- Subject matter expert for SAP CRM, SAP Business Warehouse (reporting) and Business Intelligence matters;
- **Maintain integrity of customer intelligence and master data**;
- **Collate Intelligence and Financial data to propose and set sales and performance targets across the organisation**;
- Action any ad-hoc Commercial Operations or BI requests, and support projects/activities as appropriate.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:

- **Advanced Microsoft Office skills required**:

- **VBA (Visual Basic) skills** - ability to create macros and automate processes in Excel;
- **Excel**: Competent use of external data sources, Pivot tables, v-lookups, Match and index functions;
- **Access Database **(or similar, **SQL **etc) creation and development an advantage.
- ** Experience with SAP R/3, SAP Business Explorer** (Business Warehouse), SAP Analyser for Office etc, **advantageous**, but not essential.
- Data visualization experience in **Power BI or Tableau is mandatory**.
