Antai is looking for a CEO for a new business in the ecommerce space.

Antai Ventures is an international group of online and mobile businesses. We build disruptive and digital solutions in Southern Europe and Latin America. Together with the best
- prepared professionals, Antai co-founded several fast-growing start-ups such as Wallapop, Glovo, Platanomelón, Marmota and Nemuru among others.

**As a CEO you will be responsible for**:

- Build a consumer brands portfolio from scratch, based on data points generated by AB tasting methodologies.
- Developing high quality business strategies and plans together with the Board of Directors, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Building, leading and motivating a strong team
- Define and execute the marketing and product strategy to achieve the business plan of the company
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
- Analysing problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience (+8 years) in CPG firms.
- Strong consumer marketing and product knowledge
- 360 approach to brand building and strategy
- Strong analytics & operational skills with the ability to track and analyze marketing campaigns, operational improvements and other initiatives to show a demonstrable ROI
- Manage competition and threats in the ecommerce space, with constant evaluation of financial structure, capital strategy & strategic priorities
- Provide expert guidance to all functional areas, including operations, sales & product.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Passion for consumer businesses and entrepreneurial mindset
- Last but not least: a sense of humor, a positive “can-do” attitude, and fun to work with
