From MC Headhunting we are looking for a CEO to lead a startup which is the innovation arm of a leading group in Spain.
About the role:
As the CEO your mission will be to drive the business and the team towards the vision of the company, define the strategy to reach the goals set in the business plan, coach the team, report to the comitte, coordinate the company with the other companies in the group and make things happen through the team and by yourself with a hands on attitude.
**Tasks**:
- Define the strategy together with the global comitte and oversee the plan to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Ensure successful planning and execution of our global strategy.
- Define strategies to increase our international clients base.
- Understand the needs of the clients and the markets in order to create products that serve those needs the best.
- Build, lead and motivate a fast-paced growing team.
- Research and development of new product marketing strategies.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company.
- Assess company progress, sales and marketing successes, new business leads or strategies and compile reports to submit to the Board.
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify new business development opportunities within the scope of the company.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
- You have strong business background, and ideally experience scaling start-ups and having held a managerial position or you have experience launching your own startup. - You have expert-level knowledge of product marketing. - Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to trade marketing. - Sound knowledge of operations. - Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis. - You have +7 years of relevant experience. - Sound knowledge of digital companies, traditional retail companies and distributors. - You have experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high stakes environment. - You have experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision. - You have a strong results-orientation and top-notch analytical skills. - You have proven leadership skills and experience managing a team. - You are self-motivated, proactive, hands on and able to work autonomously if required. - You have passion for the company’s mission and vision.
