**Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive solutions and requests through to completion.
- Gather user requirements using standard BA documentation types and convert them into improvement to analyze.
- Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements
- Work with users to define concepts under direction of leaders
- Help the team in reviewing and prioritizes backlog for Iteration (Sprint) Planning, including coordination of dependencies with others Product stream
- Participates in demo with primary responsibility of reviewing and accepting completed user stories. This includes validation that stories meet acceptance criteria and meets team's Definition of Done (DoD).
- Liaise between the business and the technology teams.
- Comply with the company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Knowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiencies**
- Bachelor Degree in technical or business area.
- Self-Starter that demonstrates discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance. Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate functional and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience.
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to issues.
- Partner closely with assigned business channels to understand specific business and technology needs and priorities
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with others to achieve desired results; must be approachable and open-minded
- Strong attention to detail.
- Work closely with developers in scrum teams to act as a point of contact for requirements clarifications.
- Negotiate detailed requirement and solution design trade-offs.
- Demonstrable experience working in a global environment collaborating with international based colleagues throughout a wide range of time zones.
- Project management experience taking ideas from concept to launch
- Open to learn
- Available to investigate issue and errors and follow-up them till solved.
- Available to analyze systems behavior document them and propose new cases to consider ensuring full review of cases.

**Work Experience**
- 4+ years of experience in business delivery roles
- 1+ years of experience working collaboratively with product and design teams
- Practical Experience with the Product assigned to the role will be an advantage
- Experience on Azure-DevOps, Jira and scrum metodologi (agile way).
