LitLab desarrolla videojuegos con tecnología blockchain, accesibles desde cualquier dispositivo de Internet, móvil. Nuestra oficina está en Barcelona y nos gusta trabajar en equipo. Trabajamos con metodología Agile y creemos en la fortaleza del equipo a la hora de tomar decisiones.
Estamos buscando un/a becario/a para que se incorpore al equipo de Recursos Humanos. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el director del departamento. Se labor consistirá en dar apoyo en la selección de personal con todas las posiciones abiertas que tiene la compañía.
Tareas
Escribir y publicar descripciones para puestos técnicos
Analizar las habilidades especializadas y las cualificaciones para seleccionar CV de TI
Asegurar que los gráficos y las composiciones visuales sean visualmente atractivos y estén alineados con los valores de la marca.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência en reclutamiento o similar
- Grado en Gestión de Recursos Humanos, TI o un campo relacionado
- Capacidad para trabajar metódicamente y cumplir los plazos de entrega
- Jugador de equipo proactivo y confiable.
- Se valorará que a la persona le gusten los videojuegos
