Desde el equipo de finanzas de la consultora de selección Hays, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Financial and Reporting Analyst para una empresa en crecimiento del sector inmobiliario, ubicado en Madrid.

Funciones:

- Apoyar al CFO en la creación de los reportings financieros a los Socios y al Board de Dirección.
- Proponer mejoras y automatización de los reportings.
- Preparar los cash-flow corporativos consolidados del Grupo, resultados y análisis de desviaciones.
- Seguimiento de proyectos inmobiliarios asignados.
- Compliance: Apoyar al CFO en la coordinación con abogados externos para preparando a la empresa para cumplir con la normativa.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en posiciones similares o auditoría externa de 2-4 años.
- Nível avanzado de inglés.
- Habilidades de Excel y Power Point
- Capacidad para administrar un ERP de contabilidad para obtener datos generando informes.
