**Planning & Analysis**
- Preparation of month end and ad-hoc reporting for business leaders.
- Performs basic financial modeling, analysis, and reporting to ensure financial information has been recordedaccurately.
- Assists in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Completes monthly and quarterly reporting on actual performance to ensure forecast accuracy, timely delivery,and provide insightful variance commentary.
- Collaborates with business leaders to develop recommendations for ongoing planning processes includingforecast updates, annual budgets, and long term plans.
- Provides research and analytical support to cross-functional groups to evaluate and financially model salesperformance and opportunities for improvement.
- Develops visualization tools to assist business partners in analyzing reports and developing action plans basedon data.
- Assesses financial viability of potential growth opportunities and provide recommendations and guidance tobusiness partners.
- Communicates analytical findings in a compelling and concise manner to inform and guide strategic decisions.

**Accounting**
- Booking supplier invoices and Customer payments
- Local contact of Concur, travel& expense tool. Assist employee queries and audit travel expense reports
- Responsible of Supplier Masterfile maintenance in SAP and supplier process validation
- Respond to payment and invoice inquiries from vendors and employees
- Prepare and provide support for monthly accruals of unpaid invoices and other outstanding liabilities
- Communicate proper procedures with accounting and other personnel outside the department
- Ensure records are appropriately maintained
- Assists in the preparation of month end reporting

Inglés alto C1|Contrato indefinido
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis or similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic understanding of Spanish and US GAAP and how it applies to financial planning and analysis.
- Highly proficient with Excel, other MS office products, Power BI and SAP. Ability to quickly learn other softwarepackages as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to address issues from multiple perspectives,prioritize multiple assignments, and meet all deadlines with a special strong attention to detail.
- Strong cross team collaboration
- Proficiency in English.
