Head of Marketing

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing the company's annual marketing plan, as well as overseeing market intelligence and business development strategies. They will work in a design strategy, innovation, and execution firm based in Madrid, with representation beyond projects in New York, London, Madrid, and Tokyo, with headquarters in Madrid. The company's focus is on the United States, Europe, and Asia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Designing and executing the company's annual marketing plan, including market intelligence activities.
- Collaborating on strategic diagnosis and recommendations and participating in their redefinition, if necessary.
- Evaluating and potentially redesigning key digital assets of the company, such as LinkedIn presence, website, newsletter, etc.
- Focusing marketing efforts on Branded Content, including cases, articles, studies, and other content pieces.
- Establishing an efficient and productive relationship with the current team for content development.
- Leveraging the participation of company executives as speakers or participants in various events to generate business opportunities.
- Assessing and improving the effectiveness of company-hosted events, which have had mixed results.
- Managing marketing channels such as LinkedIn, website (including SEO), newsletter, event organization, and event participation.
- Collaborating with external advisors (agencies) for channel management.
- Assisting with the business development of the company, including coordinating, and executing strategies aligned with the company's commercial goals.
- Coordinating and motivating teams, ensuring quality deliverables and project profitability.
- Planning and coordinating public relations and institutional activities.
- Planning and coordinating content generation, including white papers, case studies, and maintaining the company's library.
- Identifying and organizing conferences and supporting the development of tailored content.
- Maintaining updated information in the company's CRM system and improving its effectiveness.
- Responsible for the organization of marketing materials and ensuring compliance with quality management systems.
- Leading continuous improvement efforts within the quality management system.
- Assisting in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
**Required Profile**:
- 3-5 years of experience in International Marketing roles
- Bilingual: Castellano
- English
- Experience and understanding of the dynamics of professional services, with strong proficiency in managing LinkedIn.
- Excellent organizational skills to translate strategy into a detailed and realistic plan appropriate for the company's size.
- Knowledge and comfort with the concept of Branded Content.
- Strong ability to engage and collaborate with the team, as their support is crucial for content development.
- Preferably, experience in digital marketing, but an attitude-focused approach is more important than specific experience.
- Excellent commercial and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of design thinking methodology, Mormedi's value proposition, portfolio of services, and the industrial design and innovation sector.
- Ability to coordinate and motivate teams, ensuring a positive working environment and teamwork.
- Strong autonomy and proactive management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a high level of responsibility and professionalism.
- Proactive, leadership skills, teamwork, and good presence.
- Design Sensitivity.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with knowledge of a third language being a plus.
- Availability for frequent travel.
- Work permit for Europe/Spain.
