**In a few words**

This position is the Head of local Brand & Marketing team in vivo Spain, responsible for the development of the vivo brand in the Spanish market. Key resposibilities inlcude brand strategy, marketing strategy, PR strategy as well as the social media and digital strategy. Supported by his team, he/she will steer and drive the local execution. This role is fully responsible for the marketing results.

**Responsibilities**
- **_ Brand & Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation_**: on vivo's core brand & marketing strategy and in alignment with the regional CMI team, develop solid local brand & marketing strategy including further defining brand's value propositions.
- **_Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Strategy Development and Implementation_**: In alignment with the local sales, GTM and retail teams plan and oversee the execution of product launch-, brand
- as well as sales promotion campaigns across all touchpoints and channels. Develop and deepen the collaboration with key channel partners. Steer creative and media agency as well as other suppliers.
- **_Digital Media Strategy Development and Implementation:_** Based on vivo's global and European digital media and social media strategies, develop and oversee the local adaptation and implementation with a long-term CRM and community approach.
- **_PR Strategy Development & Implementation_**: Lead local PR manager, oversee the development of solid local PR strategy and maintainance of good relations with key media and key opinion leaders. Support as a media spokesperson.
- **_Team Management_**: Day-to-day brand & marketing team leadership and performance management (make the key KPI metrics for the performance);
- **_Others:_**
- Management of the budget and responsible to measure, evaluate and control the communication plan in accordance with corporate guidelines, objectives and requirements;
- Work cooperatively with the management, colleagues and the team members to learn and foster the vivo company culture.
- The local sponsorship and activation management;

**Your profile includes**:

- Strong brand and marketing background - Proven capability in new brand launch, brand strategy and promotion planning with local channel partners.
- Experience in multi-national consumer electronics, telco or FMCG industry as the senior brand/marketing director or senior manager.
- Excellent knowledge of PPT、EXCEL, Brandwatch/Hootsuite or equivalent working experience. Design, Social media studies, GA360, Facebook Blueprint.,etc
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- 7-10years relevant experience
- Fluent in both verbal and written English. Can use Spanish as a working language. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
