**Associate Director DevSecOps**

**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Drive DevOps process and plans in alignment with TT Strategy. Execute the agreed-upon technology strategy.
- Onboard team members to the DevSecOps platform tools. Script and automate the continuous integration process. Lead system incident support and troubleshooting for complex and non-complex issues
- Manage and support the DevOps environment's growth working closely with cross-functional teams like product management, Infrastructure, security, Operation, Development, and Testing teams in Aspect Enterprise Solutions.
- Focus on value measurement to assess pain points, best practice adoption, and automated releases with a clear focus on delivery and business value.
- Build partnerships with TT teams and vendors to ensure code adheres to company architectural standards, design pattern, and technical specifications.
- Create, maintain and iterate on our CI/CD processes for new and existing services. Monitor on-premises and cloud infrastructure through APM platforms.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- At least 3 years of experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure. provisioning, configuration management and exposure to POC implementations.
- Expertise in most of the CI/CD (continuous integration & continuous deployment) tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, BitBucket, etc.
- Proven experience with Systems Administration. Development experience with Amazon WebServices, Microsoft Azure
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills applied in complex environments (e.g., matrix/divisional organizations). Proficient English

**Desirable requirements**:

- Higher education (Bachelor or Master degree)
- SCRUM Master certification
