What you’ll get up to
Campaign Planning: Work with the Marketing Lead to create detailed campaign plans for Spanish non air partners, designed by audience and including channel and media recommendations. Such plans should deliver against partner and IAG Loyalty objectives and KPIs and deliver increasing revenues to the wider group. Such plans should be made with consideration to strategic partner activity.
Campaign Delivery: Oversee the delivery of compelling multi-channel direct campaigns and communications for non air partner campaigns for Iberia Club. Briefing through concept development and creative, artwork, production and media buying. Recommending best media agnostic media plan according to overall strategy and targeting/Audience plan. Effectively manage internal stakeholders, partners and external agencies to ensure campaigns are managed on brief, on time and on budget
Campaign Targets and Measurement: With broad input from the Global Transformation Team and Spanish Marketing Manager, ensure campaign targets are in place. In line with Marketing Transformation objectives and Transformation Team recommendations, agree any testing. Agree with data any additional post campaign analytical insight required such as A/B testing, attribution, audience movements etc
Partner campaigns: Approve partner communications as required, ensuring alignment to airline partner guidelines. Align where possible with our own messaging and timelines to ensure optimal customer experience
What we need from you- Strong marketing experience, particularly in travel or loyalty sectors.- You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and use insights to optimise future campaigns-
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams (data, product, commercial) and external partners e.g. agencies
