Senior Professional Services Engineer

We are an international company that has been in the world of telecommunications for more than 20 years. We are dedicated to launch management systems protocols and devices. We are a very technical company with more than 130 software engineers. Has just been born and we are creating a competence center where we expect a lot of growth. We are looking for experienced software engineers to support the team in the development of our product portfolio, focused on remote management and diagnostics of millions of devices.
**Requirements**:
- At least 10 years of experience, 5 of them in software technical role, working in deployment services
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Linux operating system and familiarity with command-line tools
- TCP/IP networking suite and abstract layers; ability to diagnose basic network issues
- SQL database, able to perform simple SQL queries or set fields
- Web services, XML, SOAP, JSON data formats
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- At least 3 year working with Python
- Deep knowledge on access technologies or telecommunications networks
- Strong ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and root cause software issues in high-load transactional web system
- Good general communication skills
- Quality-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Creative and analytical thinking
- Fluency in written and spoken English
