Fuller Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Senior Engineer – Grinding & Installation Services Fuller Technologies is expanding its cement site service business and seeks a Senior Engineer in Grinding and Installation Services within grinding technology. About The Role As a Senior Engineer, you will be the technical owner of grinding equipment services in Europe, responsible for technical development, standardization, and support for regional sales and service teams. You will perform services, inspections, and troubleshooting of ball mills, vertical roller mills, and related machinery. Expect up to 90 travel days per year across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, with assignments lasting from 1 to 4 weeks. Your Responsibilities Develop skills to become a global grinding service engineer. Carry out on‑site services, inspections, and troubleshooting. Perform maintenance and provide technical training to internal and external teams. Support regional service teams in training and up‑qualification of colleagues. Maintain and develop training and certification programmes within grinding services. Maintain and develop the technical content of our grinding service offering. Engage customers for remote support, sales leads, and opportunities. Drive service growth through on‑site presence with regional sales teams. What You Bring Fluent English (additional languages are a benefit). Ability and eagerness to perform hands‑on field work in often strenuous conditions. Leadership skills and the ability to give direction. Curiosity and willingness to acquire knowledge and experience within your field. Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or erection of mechanical equipment in the cement industry. Experience with grinding products (ball mills and vertical mills). Experience in installation services scoping, proposal, risk assessment, initial client meetings, contractor selection, contract negotiation, and pre‑project visits. A commercial understanding of aftermarket businesses. Degree in mechanical engineering or marine engineering.
