**Mission of the job**

The **Data Coordinato**r is in charge of sales data integration into database and back office. To succeed, the data coordinator analyzes and structures business offers in order to ensure the accuracy of supplier data. He/she also provides reliable data into the article referencing system to enrich and compare with the previous data. For each campaign, a unique database is created to lead the global production and start the different processes.

**Duties and responsibilities:

- Business offers analysis and referential database integration
- Supplier data reliability in our back office
- Creation of our Product Database in order to lead the different production process
- Comparison of the new data with existing data
- Updating data (stocks, prices, barcodes) in our back office, according to the supplier information

***Languages**:Native or fluent Spanish & Italian and good command of English. French is a plus.

**Conditions**:

- Shedule: Monday to Thursday: 9:00h - 18:30h (flexible), Friday 9:00h - 15:00h (flexible)
- Salary: 18.000€ gross/year
