**Junior B2B Sales Executive**:
**Location**: Valencia (Hybrid or in office)
**Start Date**: June 1 or June 5, 2025
**Base Salary**: €25,000 gross p.a.

**About the Role**:
Kick off your sales career with hands-on mentorship from our CEO. For the first three months, you’ll act as the CEO’s right hand on **US-market accounts**—joining sales calls, crafting proposals, and mastering our full sales cycle. After probation, you’ll transition to **owning and scaling the European market**, crafting your own pipeline, and closing deals from Spain to Scandinavia.

You’ll be the face of **SVibe** in Europe, embracing frequent travel (industry events, client visits, regional roadshows). This is **not** a deskbound role (when you get past probation)—it’s a chance to learn by doing, shape a startup’s growth, and fast-track your path to sales leadership.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Learn from the CEO (Months 1-3)**:

- Shadow sales meetings with US prospects
- Co-manage CRM updates, deal tracking, and reporting
- ** Own European Business (After Month 3)**:

- Build and execute a go-to-market plan for EU regions
- Lead sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- ** Travel & Representation**:

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and on-site meetings across Europe
- Network in person and strengthen client relationships
- ** Collaborate & Iterate**:

- Share market insights with the leadership team
- Help refine product positioning and sales collateral

**Who You Are**:

- ** Ambitious & Early-Career**: Recent graduate or up to 4 years of work experience. You’re excited to prove yourself.
