IT Systems Lead

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems administrations
- 2 years' experience leading IT teams
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or the equivalent in practical experience
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems support for Windows, MacOS and Linux
- Proficient in managing hardware and hardware inventory for internal users (installation, reset, hardware issues, software issues)
- Good knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
- Experience Atlassian tools (mainly Jira and Confluence), Monday platform and cloud-based resources management (e.g. Virtual Machines in Azure) would be desirable but is not required
- Intermediate level in English is a must. Good handling of Spanish required
