- We are looking for **Senior ServiceNow Engineer**, to contribute in a project with one of our global customer in wealth management. We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client’s IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.

- **Main tasks and accountabilities will be**:
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple instances, with emphasis on core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management) and enterprise-wide integrations.
- Configure and enhance the ServiceNow Service Portal and customer-facing interfaces, utilising JavaScript and AngularJS to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and Integration Hub, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange in compliance with audit and segregation-of-duties requirements.
- **What do we expect from you?**
- Minimum **of 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow** development experience, with proven involvement in full lifecycle implementations.
- Certification(s): Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or System Administrator
- Deep expertise in core **ITSM** modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Experience in additional modules considered advantageous, e.g. Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Proficient in server-side and client-side **scripting**: o GlideAjax, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts o JavaScript knowledge, including Service Portal scripting with AngularJS
