**Travel Consultant (Airbus)**
Full-time, based in Spain or Poland or Czech Republic

**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- You will appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the client
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the client
- Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties
- Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Perform follow-up as needed and within the time frame promised to the client

**How can you set yourself apart**
- Experience in a customer service-oriented position
- Preferably working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German or English and French or English and Spanish
- Knowledge of GDS Amadeus (preferred) or Sabre
- Excellent problem solving and/or critical thinking skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
