**Qué esperamos**:
- Develop and implement sourcing plans for IT subcategories and IT Functions under his responsability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancement
- Execute strategic IT procurement projectsLead cross-functional teams in the execution of sourcing projects, from initial planning through to implementation and review, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Carry out complex tenders, price and contract negotiations
- Define and execute negotiation strategies for market-leading vendors
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand the business requirements for procurement, and to manage expectations
- Identify savings potentials and define actions plans based on worldwide bundling and cost structure analyses
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT sourcing projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Challenge existing solutions and processes and work out alternatives
- Collaborating with other teams, managers, vendors, etc., as needed
- Engaging in communications with IT function
- Adhere to all process, procedural, and quality control activities required to ensure world-class procurement
**A quién buscamos**:
Academic background
- Degree in business administration, computer science or equal business experiences
Experience
- Sound experience in negotiating and designing complex contractual constellations, in particular with regard to a co-design and agile approach
- Profound knowledge of state-of-the-art procurement tools, processes, and systems
- Ability to combine the role as a challenger with a collaborative and pragmatic style
- Experience in complex IT infrastructure and IoT scenarios
- Must possess strong working skills utilizing standard office technologies (Microsoft Windows, MS O365, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including active listening, with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- High level of spoken and written English; any other additional language is an advantage
- Commitment to procurement best practices
