Brief overview of Role:
Program Manager manages daily operations of the project and is responsible for project performance. The main objective is to ensure the achievement of SLAs & KPIs, and the quality of the service by coordinating action plans developed by the teams.

Accountabilities
- Performance- Cooperate with PD to fulfill Client’s business account plan
- Participate in communications with Client’s and provide updates to the Project
- Coordinate development and delivery of action plans with the teams in order to assure expected project performance and KPI delivery
- Control and compliance of individual PiP
- Leading of weekly meetings with management team focused on Team Performance and follow up on action items
- Manage any escalations received from stakeholders
- Coordinate with management team weekly/monthly/quarterly business review preparation and presentation
- Perform 1 to 1ns with management team with regular feedback and follow up on actions
- Perform Yearly appraisals with management team

Strategic planning- Develop strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Create and review internal processes for better project functionality
- Identify and mitigate possible risks that might affect the delivery of KPIs or any strategic points stated in SOW

Main project point of contact- Being a POC for client stakeholders and internal WH departments
- Assure all relevant the communication arrives to all the stakeholders
- Assure regular communication with stakeholders
- Hours and Benefits:
- Shift: 39 hours/week, rotative Monday to Friday 9:00 to 20:00, 5 days/week
- Salary: 32.000 Euros gross/year + up to 4.000 Euros gross/year Bonus

- Native level speaking of English
- Previous experience as senior Supervisor/Team Manager in Customer Service
- High Presentation skills
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law
- Experience in data analysis
- Knowledge of internal WH Spain procedures & systems
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
