**Accountabilities**:
As Director, Marketing & Digital Excellence, you will take ownership of launch excellence, including the pre-launch framework and launch PAL planning tool. You will forge strong relationships with global launch leads and market launch leads, ensuring pre-launch excellence across the BBU in line with our Ambition 2030. You will also work collaboratively with the marketing excellence team on broader initiatives, including creating a global marketing excellence community and enhancing our strategic planning process.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Life Sciences
- Minimum of 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry, market, and global roles
- Confirmed experience leading high-level strategic business initiatives
- Experience driving business innovation at scale, including new technologies, process, and platforms
- Ability to work across geographies
- Effectively interact and build strong partnerships with colleagues and senior leaders from different functions
- Ability to lead the development, design, and delivery of training
- Project Management skills
- Budget Management
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Life Sciences
- Experience in digital marketing strategies
