DESCRIPTION We are looking for a trainee who will support our Portfolio Team in Barcelona which is responsible for the creation of new development opportunities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Get 360-degree insight into the world of pharmaceutical development, portfolio selection and strategy. - Perform analysis of products and markets and engage with cross-functional teams of exports in an international environment. - Support the portfolio team in the creation of new projects from idea to approval. - How will you contribute - You’re able to navigate complex environments with qualitative and quantitative data and eager are to discover interdependencies. - You are a curious person with a passion for learning new skills and in changing environments. - You have a thorough methodology of working and an eye for the details. - You have a strategic mindset and critical thinking that enables you to prioritize information and achieve progress over perfection. **REQUIREMENTS**: What you will require: - Passion to work in an international environment, advanced English Skills (C1, preferably some degree of international experience through university or work. - You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree either in business /economics related field or a scientific degree (pharma, (bio-chemical,.. with additional qualification or experience in business contexts. - You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in the above mentioned fields that allows you to access an 9-12 months internship. - You’re experienced in using Mircosoft Office, with advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Bi preferred.
