**Regional Documentation Specialist Trainee (Barcelona)**

We wish to bring to our team a young talented trainee for our internship program. You will learn and develop in a constantly growing and expanding company and be part of an enriching multicultural experience.

**Documentation Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents from various sources into a newly developed Sharepoint library for ease of use.
- Retrieving documents upon request.
- Working with colleagues to collect information and documents, understand their personal storage structure to efficiently reallocate them in the Sharepoint library. Ensure consistency of documentation. practice across the company.
- Ensuring documentation integrity.
- Controlling access to documents.
- Removing documents that are obsolete.
- Implement changes in the archiving structure.

**Documentation Specialist Requirements**:

- Advanced English. French is highly valuable.
- Microsoft Office skills - competences on Sharepoint & MS Teams
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Facility to carry out PoweBi dashboards will be a highly valuable.

**Duration of the internship**:

- 3 months to 5 months (8 hours / day) - **Remunerable**
