Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

**How you will CELLebrate**
- Monitoring the status of the assigned production section in the Assembly | Electrode production in terms of quality, like make quality inspection in shopfloor, summary the status of failure parts and failure models.
- Coordinating/ leading through data-driven problem solving and trend analysis in identifying causes and measures to avoid customer complaints, rejects, pseudo-defects, and rework.
- Support in the development and industrialization of analytical methods.
- Professional management and training of employees in sample preparation and standardized analyses.
- Advise and coordinate other engineers in the section of Assembly | Electrode production.
- Initiation and control of blockages for semi-finished goods, finished goods.
- Implementation of Quality workshops to close the operations quality tasks.
- Implementation of Management reports for reporting purposes.
- Increase of maturity level of process quality.

**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor degree or higher in mechanical engineering or similar.
- Solid knowledge of the Battery Cell Production Process at least 3 years.
- Familiarity with analytical quality skills like Six Sigma, Ishikawa, FMEA.
- Good industrial production knowledge, good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
