What are the main functions?
As part of the Procurement organization of the Country, main functions and responsibilities of the role are split among the following streams:
- Supplier Performance Management (SPM): KPIs management, Services Suppliers Survey and Key Suppliers Performance Assessment monitoring- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Supplier Panel Management and Supplier Qualification & Classification- Supplier Development Management (SDM): Key Suppliers Management and Suppliers Business Development- Supplier Audits & Quality Management (SAQ): Suppliers Quality Audits support and Suppliers Certifications management.- Supplier Risk Management: Alignment of Group Risk Assessments with Country supplier panel.- Supplier ESG: Documentation, TPIA, Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Low Carbon Strategy.
What are we looking for?- Engineering or Business Administration degree, Procurement and/or Supply Chain background- Five (5) years minimum experience in Procurement, responsible for Supplier Operations management activities in charge of monitoring the performance, development and relationship with suppliers and/or subcontractors- It will be very positively considered previous experience in Railway/Signalling market, as well as having passed specific certifications either in Procurement or Project management- Analytical and resolutive abilities, being able to lead complex negotiations including import/export considerations- Both Spanish and high English language fluency is mandatory
