Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.What You’ll DoDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and supplier quality strategies aligned with aerospace and defense requirementsLead supplier audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and defense standardsMonitor supplier performance, track non‑conformances, and drive corrective and preventive actionsInvestigate and analyze root causes of production or supplier issues and define process improvementsEstablish and report supplier and internal quality KPIs, highlighting trends and risks to managementCollaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Production to qualify new suppliers and support supplier developmentConduct FAI, FMEA, PPAP, and PQP reviews to ensure all parts and processes meet our standardsMaintain clear documentation of inspections, control plans, and quality management system recordsSupport customer and regulatory audits, ensuring readiness and compliance across all supply chainsChampion continuous improvement and Lean initiatives that raise the bar for performance and reliabilityWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or supplier quality roles within aerospace, automotive, or high‑tech productionStrong understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, and quality control tools such as FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and root cause analysisExperience conducting supplier audits and implementing corrective actionsProficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and quality management toolsCertifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt are a strong plusExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsFluent in English, both written and spokenWho You AreYou thrive where precision meets pressure.
