IT Business Analyst

**Position Summary
***:
Are you a talented, creative and “can do” type of person ready to join Workforce360 Common Tools and Services team? We are looking for someone to help us engage and obtain a deep understanding of the opportunities and issues faced by business functions, markets and IT professionals in order to recommend them the best IS/IT solutions. You will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, routing them to the appropriate product inside our portfolio and interacting with the products teams to drive the requirement to success end to end. You will as well proactively help us increase our products visibility, awareness and adoption in the markets, Global Business and IT streams by working together with Stream Leads, Product (Group) Managers, Regional Managers and Business Relationship Managers to make sure we align with their vision and strategy.
You will be part of a muti talented team in which you will be able to grow your skills across a wide portfolio (ServiceNow, PowerPlatform, Lean-Agile, Azure, Github ) and help us achieve success driving the adoption of our platforms and tools that sit at the core of Nestlé’s Enterprise digital transformation journey.

**A day in the life of...***:

- Ensure that the Product/Product Group Managers, Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and Stream Leads are effectively supported in planning and executing their strategies
- Partner with business and IT to elicit, analyze, translate and document business requirements, pain points, or opportunities into IS/IT solutions leveraging our products
- Run PoCs, PoVs and Workshops, in conjunction with Product team experts, in order to define minimum viable products (MVP) that satisfy the business need.
- Analyze business user feedback about our products and prioritze accordingly with the Product Manager, the delivery of improvements
- Acts as our UX/UI champion in alignment with W360 UX strategy and guidelines
- Drive innovation awareness sessions and proactively propose new oportunities to our customers
- Be our expert in the field for our products and bring engaging experiences to our customers through trainings, demos and vendor sessions.
- Coach and inspire product team members to think creatively by running design thinking sessions and/or workshops to evolve and match their roadmaps to their customer needs and requirements

**What will make you successful***:

- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area
- Experience with ServiceNow, PowerPlatform and Azure DEVOPS or similar tools
- Hands on Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Mural ), Adoption tools(Walkme or similar), and Social and Collaboration tools (Workplace, Teams,)
- Being a great communicator and being able to build realtionship based on trust
- Experience working in an Agile environment using design thinking methodology
- Strong understanding of basic system engineering, risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
- Understanding of UX and Change Management techniques is a plus
- Experience with working in a global environment with virtual teams
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization
- Results focused and Innovative with a “can do” / self starter attitude
- Adaptable, flexible and dynamic while keeping a client-centric approach
