In order to complete our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness IT Department, we are currently looking for an **IT Business Analyst - Life Science**

**Position Summary**:
You will be responsible for the functional vision of the product and serve as liaison between the IS/IT and Business organizations. As part of the Product Team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement effective IS/IT Change and Release Management / Test planning and execution / Incident and problem management practices. Lead continuous improvement activities where needed.
- Requirements Gathering: Get a deep understanding of the business processes / best practices / challenges / key success factors and work with stakeholders (Headquarters, Markets, Regional or Globally managed business) to gather and validate business requirements of complex solutions. Advise on best possible option to respond to business requirements. Make decisions, provide recommendations and resolve conflict raised by the project team to drive solutions aligning with stakeholders and IS/IT strategies.
- Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyse, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements
- Lead functional requirement workshops. Facilitate session for the design & build of the solution.
- Manage remote team and Operational governance with third party suppliers
- Produce Functional Specifications / use cases / test scripts / test data on complex solutions and prototype where required: Translate the needs of the business into clear functional specifications from which a solution can be developed. Prototype where required to demonstrate different options to the business, and ensure the correct solution.
- Design, assess, and coordinate the functional part of an RFP (Request for Purchase) or an RFI (Request for Information).
- Identify gaps in existing functionalities and options for improvement.
- Liaison with the Development Team: Ensure the development team delivers the correct solution as per functional specification, test scripts and test data. Provide specialist advice on complex solutions where required.
- Testing: Produce test scripts / test data and follow up their execution for complex solutions to ensure development is fit for Production using Nestle standard approach.
- Training: responsible for training material provided to Market Implementation and sustain teams for all solutions under direct responsibility. Ensure that training material has an appropriate business context and is relevant to end-users.
- Sustain 3rd Level: contribute to resolution of complex Incident and Problem tickets within the service level agreed with the markets.
- Ensure proper usage of design & build processes and documentations in line with Nestlé IT standards and methodology.
- Help guide future direction: Active participation in strategy definition for the area of responsibility, this includes integrating IT strategy and broader business context. Liaise with and involve teams outside of own area where required.
- May involve leading a network or group of specialists / experts in a given area.
- Support the on-boarding and training of new team members

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of design and implementation experience in IS/IT, with Agile methodologies.
- Good practical experience of Software development Lifecycle methods e.g SCRUM, Agile etc
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments.
