**About the team**

Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our events perform as expected, pushing its growth across the globe.

Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.

**About you**
- You have a bachelor's in **engineering**(civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a **background in maths, statistics, data analytics,**or** strategy.**:

- Up to **3 years experience** in a business analytics role.
- A high level of English is required. Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
- Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
- Generate high business impact based on your decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.
- Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python )
- Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker

**About the role**
- In the **Innovation Hub**, this role focuses on delivering impact by driving new projects and scaling them globally through 360-degree decision-making
- Being a **Growth Analyst** at Fever means working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious business goals and high potential for professional growth. You will quickly develop full ownership of your projects and be able to measure the direct impact of your decisions on the business line
- Take part in the exponential growth of fever by taking the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry
- Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments which work together in the creation of new plans and events
- Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills
- Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact
- Create, develop and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth
- Work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on developing new experiences across markets, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
