**Business Change Director**
Driving business led changes to simplify and modernize our products, processes and go-to market approach.
**Your Role**
As a
** Business Change Director **your main responsibilities will involve:
- Define and obtain approval for business-led cross-country transformation programs having a significant impact on the business model, customers and distributors- Bring thought leadership to the relevant business functions and leaders to influence and shape new end-state targets and delivery methods- Coordinate and develop bottom-up actionable plans and compelling cost-benefit cases to achieve the desired end-state target- Ensure alignment of the initiatives with the Group Strategy, financial plan and relevant functional plans- Coordinate and engage with the various technical and business expertise to define and develop fit for purpose Technology, Data, Process, Product solutions and implementation plans- Manage portfolio or individual programs either directly or via other program managers- Single point of contact for the program sponsor, including set-up and execution of necessary governance- Ensure appropriate change management and implementation in the business, including transition to “business as usual” model
**Your Skills and Experience**
As a
** Business Change Director **your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Graduate caliber with 10+ operational & business experience, to include insurance related- Advanced project management and program management skills- Minimum 4 years of execution and leadership of large program touching different functional areas and/or geographies- High confidence in managing senior stakeholders- High degree of communication & negotiation skills, coupled with ability to build relationships at all levels- In depth understanding of insurance value chain, including Sales, Underwriting and Claims- Ability to understand the business strategy and turn it into an actionable plan is essential- Ability to simplify and move forward individual pieces of a complex environment- Attention to the details and ability to analyze complex business problems and dependencies and structuring and proposing solutions- Proactive and solution oriented with ability to work within ambiguous scenarios with focus on final outcomes- Proven track record of being a great team player whilst managing your time efficiently and staying positive under difficult situations- Strong analytical & numerical skills with an ability to identify, prepare and interpret management information- Ability to excel in a matrix environment managing program delivery on a virtual basis- Experience in implementing market leading insurance P&C technologies is a plus- Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Additional language is a plus
