**Director Business Transformation NextGen**
**Department: ES International**
**Reporting to: Snr. Director Business Transformation & Process Digitization**
**Overview**:
The Director Business Transformation NextGen will be a member of the ES International (ESI) Business Transformation and Process Digitisation Leadership team reporting directly to the Snr. Director Business Transformation & Process Digitization. As a Transformation leader, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end transformation process, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring creation and execution of the new service delivery model. Your expertise in Transformation doing process maps and workshops ,change management, project management, and strategic planning in driving the transformation efforts and achieving business objectives will be key to success in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creation & alignment to NextGen Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for NextGen Service delivery operations from Implemenattion until service. Identify and understand different models and then create through braisntoriming and workshops opportunities a new service service model for the evergrowing needs of our changing customer needs in the payroll & HCM industry. Ascertain risks, and best practices and collaborate with stakeholders to investigate to define key milestones, deliverables, and success criteria for the delivery of the model.
- Project Management:Define project scope, objectives, and timelines for the new service delivery model, ensuring alignment on overall project goals and deadlines.Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep the transformation efforts on track.Coordinate with project teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, operations, and other relevant teams to coordinate efforts, facilitate and promote cross-functional alignment and ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.Act as a liaison between different departments to address any challenges or bottlenecks that may arise during the transformation process.
- Change Management:Develop change management plans to support the successful adoption of new processes and model within the organization.Identify potential risks and resistance to change, and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.Implement communication plans and training programs to ensure employees are well-informed and prepared for the new model.
- Performance Measurement and Evaluation:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the new service model & process.Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep the transformation efforts on track and deliver a leading service model for NextGen.
- Lead any assigned projects or initiatives as agreed with Snr. Director Business Transformation & Process Digitization.

**Qualifications and experience**:
**Education**:
- Degree or equivalent
- Lean Six Sigma qualified preferred
