**The Role**

The Transformation Director will drive and oversee the company’s transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring OLX remains competitive and innovative in a rapidly changing market. The Transformation Director will work directly with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The role will report directly to the OLX’s CEO, Christian Gisy.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Help to develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with OLX’s vision and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives.
- Lead the development of a transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Drive company performance management and organizational change by promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Communicate transformation goals and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements across the organization.
- Monitor and measure the impact of transformation initiatives, ensuring they deliver the desired outcomes.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Engage with external partners and industry experts to bring in new perspectives and insights.

**KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving successful transformation initiatives or relevant management consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of business transformation, change management, and operational excellence.
- Top-class project management skills - ability to run large-scale initiatives involving different organizational functions.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Experience in the digital or online marketplace industry is preferred.
