**The Role**
**Key Accountabilities**
In this role you will:
- Focus on proactively attracting top talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
- Partner closely with the Recruiter on role briefings, helping to define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies to help identify and engage the best talent
- Focus on ensuring the shortlist for each vacancy you support has diverse representation for our client
- Support developing engaged talent communities for future opportunities
- Conducting market mapping activities
**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Demonstrated experience of sourcing and engaging top talent
- Expert sourcing knowledge and experience of using different channels and technology to both identify and engage talent
- Experience using different recruitment technology i.e. Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet shortlist deadlines agreed with the Recruiter and Hiring Manager
- Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Fluency to business proficiency level in (both oral and written) in English
