**Job Description**:
Position Purpose
- The position is responsible for providing procurement business partnering and commercial decision support to the Asset Digitisation team within Brambles Digital function.
- This will require partnering with the Asset Digitisation leadership and their teams in addition to the regional procurement teams to ensure a robust yet agile procurement environment and reporting for Asset Digitisation projects.
- The position also has accountability for Procurement across the portfolio of Digital Transformation initiatives, partnering with Digital PMO to support Brambles TO.

Scope
- Global - Asset Digitisation big rock & initiatives worldwide across Brambles.

Major/Key Accountabilities
- Principal Business Partner and trusted advisor to the Digital Asset Digitisation big rocks.
- Co-create strategic plans with clear deliverables for the global procurement categories of Asset Digitalization, Data Analysis, Digital Customer Solutions and in scope Capital Engineering projects within sustainability initiatives within our pallet business.
- Leads the short
- & medium-term procurement planning cycles for Asset Digitisation big rock forecasting lead times, resourcing & strategic plan processes.
- Provides insightful understanding, analysis & commentary on the procurement results and performance of the support function.
- Provides strategic and operational guidance and appropriate professional challenge in guiding the creation of Procurement in support of Asset Digitisation.
- Proactively supports BUP initiatives and actions to drive performance to achieve targeted business outcomes.
- Understanding risks and opportunities embedded in the plans and in the operating environment through analysis of market, competitive & operating conditions.
- Proactive engagement with Digital SLT stakeholders to drive understanding of and achieve procurement handshake for Asset Digitisation initiatives driving delivery of value for Brambles.
- Provision of insightful analysis and reporting across Digital transformation initiative portfolio, including advising and supporting on definition and monitoring of relevant metrics/KPIs.
- Responsible for project governance and oversight, developing and executing global strategies for a unique new development of sustainability initiatives within our pallet business (DWB).
- Be a champion of the E2E Procurement process and knowledgeable of the Brambles process and their supporting constituent functional elements, including Legal, P2P, Controllership, Finance, Risk & Audit.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree, Technology, or related technical Engineering degree
- Business or equivalent (MBA desirable)
- Finance or Accounting experience desirable

Experience
- In-depth knowledge of category or commodity procurement on a Global level
- 7 - years’ experience within Procurement
- Senior Stakeholder management
- Cost & financial management
- Supplier management
- Prior experience in sourcing and negotiating Indirect & Direct goods and services in a Fortune 500 environment using strategic category management techniques to achieve results in a transformational or Digital led environment.
- Experience in successfully using Procurement E sourcing, contracting, benchmarking and cost analysis tools to deliver negotiation outcomes to exceed the market index.

- Ability to partner with colleagues across multiple departments and geographic locations.
- Solid understanding of complex Finance, Accounting and Tax principles.
