Marketing Analytics and Insight Manager

**The Team**:
The Marketing Analytics and Insight team is part of the marketing operation, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations. As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations.

**The Position**:
The Marketing Analytics and Insight Manager is responsible for driving the company's data-driven marketing strategy by analyzing complex data sets, deriving actionable insights, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and marketing expertise to optimize campaign performance, improve customer acquisition and retention, and influence product development and go-to-market strategies

**The Work You'll Do**:

- **Turn data into insights**: Analyze marketing and campaign data to identify trends, spot opportunities, and uncover areas for improvement across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- **Performance Reporting & Dashboards**:Design and maintain self-service dashboards to provide actionable insights to marketing leaders.
- **Improve data processes**:Help ensure data quality and consistency, and support improvements in how data is captured, shared, and used.
- **Customer Insights**: Conduct deep dives into customer data to understand customer journeys, segmentations, and lifetime value (LTV). Utilize this information to inform personalized marketing strategies and product offerings.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with product, sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with broader business goals. Facilitate data sharing and integration across departments to provide a holistic view of performance.
- **Team Leadership**: If applicable, manage and mentor a team of marketing analysts, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within a marketing or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel).
- Experience with SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis, cluster analysis, A/B testing).
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
