**About the role**

Our Audit team is critical to our business. They create internal risk management and compliance processes, and make sure they’re running efficiently.

We’re looking for a Head of Audit (Internal Operations and QA) to improve how our audit function runs globally. You'll keep our audit plans on track, ensure high-quality reporting to boards and regulators, and drive optimisation across methodology and QA.

In this high visibility role, you’ll have the autonomy to build frameworks, influence peers across the business, and directly contribute to how Revolut scales risk oversight.

**What you'll be doing**
- Running operations across the global internal audit function
- Maintaining and tracking the group-wide audit plan
- Preparing reporting for boards, audit committees, and regulators
- Coordinating QA, methodology, and process improvements
- Monitoring staffing needs, training, and skills across the function
- Supporting audit transformation projects as we expand globally

**What you'll need**
- 12+ years of experience in the financial services industry in the EU, UK, or US, ideally in mature regulatory environments
- A track record in operations, transformation, or change management
- Excellent organisational and influencing skills to collaborate across teams
- To be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and regulators
- Experience in a bank, insurer, or advisory firm serving those industries

**Nice to have**
- Internal audit or QA experience
- A PRINCE2 or Six Sigma certification
