**Santander Alternative Investments is looking for an Ops clients Support Alternatives based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Ops clients Support Alternatives, **you will manage the end to end of the clients operational cycle for Alternatives.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Perform all operational activities concerning fund capital calls, distributions to investors, etc. linked with the Clients dealing process.
- Lead new clients onboarding. Documentation of seed capital processes.
- Preparation and distribution of client packages.
- Update of the clients database with all details required.
- Follow up, coordinate, and oversight all the processes with the FA and the TA.

EXPERIENCE
- Our new Operational Alternative client analyst support should have track records of outstanding professional performance for more than 2 years in the clients area of an Alternative management company.

EDUCATION

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Deep knowledge of Alternative Funds client area would be necessary.
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, able to develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
- Highly organized and able to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities under significant time pressures.
- Confidence to lead small projects and collaborate with supervisors in larger projects.
- Knowledge of running queries in databases and excel macros.
