**Here is what you'll do**:

- Download daily inward confirmations from the bank for all currencies
- Prepare daily inward spreadsheets in a multi-currency environment
- Daily processing of incoming payments
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Reconciliation of customer ledger/s & follow up unpaid invoices
- Assist with bank reconciliation
- Participate in the end of month process
- Other related duties as required

**Job Requirements**:

- Relevant academic qualifications in Finance/Accounting
- Working proficiency in Spanish and Intermediate level in English
- Strong computer skills, in particular the use of Microsoft Excel
- Well organised with excellent time management skills
- Problem solving capability and the ability to be assertive
- Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously as required
