**Your Mission**:
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the leads generation.
- Identification of sector events and partnerships in which our team must participate.
- Support in the organization of virtual and onsite events (from start to the finish).
- Support creation of Marketing content reinforcing our expert position (Business Cases, Testimonials, infographics).
- Interviews with industry experts and our customers to fuel your strategic thinking.
**You’ll Love This Job if You**:
- Have 1-3 years of experience in a marketing department, preferably if you have experience in B2B marketing.
- Speak Italian (native) and English (professional)
- You are a dynamic, proactive, organized and autonomous person.
- Have worked with a CRM platform before, analysing and understanding data.
- Are organized and recognized for exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Happy to go to the office at least 4 days a week
