**Starting: Sofort**:**The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located on the beachfront. The Resort has 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, outdoor pools and an indoor pool.**
**Our resort is looking for an open-minded person with a vocation for service to strengthen the reception department as**Technical Department Manager
**What you can expect**:
- Overall responsibility for the smooth running of operations in the technical department.
- Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of all technical and structural facilities.
- Planning and managing smaller maintenance and renovation projects.
- Creating maintenance and repair plans, as well as monitoring and adhering to them.
- Support for the annual budgeting of maintenance, repair and energy costs.
- Monitoring and adhering to approved maintenance and investment budgets.
- Creation and control of employee duty rosters (in agreement with the resort manager)
- Training of new employees
**What you bring along**:
- Completed training and further education to become a master in a technical profession (several years of professional experience as a group leader / foreman / master is an advantage)
- Class B driving license
- Good knowledge of English and Spanish (basic knowledge of German is an advantage)
- Good computer skills
- Reliability and an independent and goal-oriented way of working
