He/She will be the driver and builder of the product strategy.

This person will coordinate, provide guidance, and lead the team of Product Managers in Freepik product to:

- Yield product innovation
- Maintain and evolve product vision and mission
- Maximize efficiency in the gathering and transformation of insights into actionable items for the delivery teams
- Make sure a user-centric approach is kept along the whole Product Lifecycle

**What requirements** must you meet?**
- 5 years in successful development of Digital Products, handling the E2E lifecycle and managing stakeholders at different levels. At least 3 years in people leadership and management.
- Valuable: Previous experience in Acquisition driven by SEO products, or, if possible, Digital Stock Companies
- Digital Product Web development lifecycle, considering all aspects from development to design and user experience (UX).
- Experience in digital business and Agile environments.
- OKR definition and data analysis abilities, being able to identify trends and opportunities, as well as to analyze performance in different product stages
- BI tools knowledge: Google Analytics, Social Listeners. Also: Ahrefs, Semrush, Sistrix, Hotjar, Usertesting, Salesforce, Jira, Github.
- Highly valuable: Being able to produce low-fi prototypes and mockups to work with the team. Figma knowledge.

**What responsibilities will you have?**
- Freepik product overall owner and responsible
- Freepik product strategy and long term roadmap responsible, planner, and maintainer
- Building quarterly roadmaps according to Business strategy and company OKRs, and in coordination with other company areas
- Interaction with different stakeholders at Company and Customers level, providing information adapted to their interests
- Create and present visionary innovations
- Strategic market research and competence analysis for Freepik product
- Responsible of transferring a user-centric approach to every aspect of Product Delivery
- Data-informed decision-maker in terms of Freepik product strategy and features prioritization
- Ability to operate with data analysis tool on a user basis
- Definition and monitoring of KPIs measuring product success
- Handling and managing Freepik product budget, performing also budget control and risk management duties
- People management for Freepik Product Management team
- Product Development Lifecycle management, following an agile approach
