Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Vision and Strategy: Develop and create our groundbreaking technology vision that aligns with Innervoices’ mission to foster deeper connections, clarity, and empowerment for our users.
- Tech Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a talented engineering team to create innovative, user-friendly solutions that deliver valuable insights and guidance.
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with our Chief AI Officer and multi-disciplinary teams to plan and execute product development roadmaps, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. With an MVP already developed and being tested, your role will be to take the product to new heights.
- Innovation: Foster a culture centered around connection, empowerment, innovation, and empathy, ensuring Innervoices remains a leader in the personal growth and well-being technology space.
- Security and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of data privacy and security, ensuring transparency and user control over personal data.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Forge strategic alliances with technology providers to enhance our platform’s capabilities.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the well-being or personal growth sector. Hands-on experience is essential.
- Expertise in mobile and web development, and cloud computing. Familiarity with relevant programming languages (such as Python, JavaScript, or Swift), platforms (like AWS, GCP, or Azure), and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or React/ ReactNative).
- Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements in well-being technology.
