It’s a demanding environment, but extremely rewarding, and we take pride in learning from one another and strive to make sustainability a way of life beyond the workplace.We’re passionate about what we do, and that passion shines through in our work.THE ROLEThe Chief Technology Officer (CTO) defines and executes ALOHAS’ global technology strategy to enable scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across all sales channels and operations.The role covers Data, Digital Platforms (Shopify & B2B), ERP, Infrastructure, and IT, ensuring full alignment with ALOHAS’ omnichannel model—retail, e-commerce, and wholesale—and the company’s cross-border, multi-entity operations.The CTO transforms technology into a core strategic asset, supporting growth across multiple markets and business models while maintaining efficiency, data integrity, and global compliance.YOUR CHALLENGETechnology Strategy & ArchitectureDefine and implement the company’s global technology roadmap across all systems.Build and maintain a unified, modular architecture supporting multi-entity, cross-border operations (EU, UK, USA, Asia).Enable seamless integration of retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.Partner with the CEO, COO, and PMO to align technology initiatives with business growth and scalability goals.Establish governance for prioritization, security, and lifecycle management.Own end-to-end data infrastructure, including extraction, transformation, and orchestration (BigQuery, dbt, Dagster, Python, Cloud Functions).Ensure reliable and centralized data serving all channels—B2C, B2B, and Retail.Oversee the analytics layer, dashboards, and data delivery for decision-making.Guarantee compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and robust data access controls.Promote a culture of performance tracking and data-driven decision-making across all functions.Data & Analytics PlatformDigital Product & Omnichannel PlatformsERP, Cross-Company Operations & Finance SystemsInfrastructure, IT & SecurityTeam Management & LeadershipTechnical Excellence & Continuous ImprovementYOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE8+ years in technology leadership, preferably as CTO, VP Engineering, or similarProven experience in omnichannel or fashion/retail environments with international footprintStrong understanding of Shopify ecosystem, ERP (preferably Odoo), and B2B digital platformsExpertise in cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), data architecture, and modern ETL toolsExperience managing multi-company and cross-border operational systems (EU/UK/US)Proven success leading diverse, high-performing teams and external tech partnersKnowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance best practicesFluent in English and SpanishA system-oriented, pragmatic, analytical mindset with global perspective and sleeves-rolled-up attitude.A collaborative style that bridges business and creative teams.The ability to balance innovation with operational rigor—favoring simplicity, resilience, and good documentation.Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional, high-growth environments.What Success Looks Alike...Unified technology stack supporting seamless B2C, B2B, and Retail operationsReliable, automated data flows across entities and geographiesFull integration between Shopify, ERP, and financial systemsTechnology costs optimized and transparentHigh uptime, low tech debt, and measurable productivity improvementsHigh-performing technical team with clear accountability and stable deliveryALOHAS positioned as a digitally mature, data-driven global brandBenefitsA Culture of Freedom, Responsibility & Trust: We believe in autonomy, accountability, and mutual respect.Flexible Working Hours : Adapt your schedule to your lifestyle.
