At coara we build companies and develop (mostly) digital products. W are sometimes founders ourselves or we help other founders to grow their ideas and launch them into the market.

Tasks

As a Growth Expert, you will be there from the start of each project. You will help shaping the prototype, the MVP and the (never) final product. You will be the right-hand of the founding team to bring the product to market with a strong focus on growth, product and marketing. You have the strategic role to drive business growth by identifying opportunities and develop a plan to execute against them.
- Develop innovative growth hacks to drive user growth and engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers
- Create and automate sales pipelines
- Define our marketing & sales strategy for different products
- Understand users and visitors and help to improve the product
- Build a funnel to convert existing traffic into leads and sales
- Test-drive new ideas (e.g. using SEM or other channels)
- Report on initiatives and projects to founders
- Replicate successful strategies at scale and in new markets

**Requirements**:

- Professional experience with growth, marketing, viral mechanics, CTR/CRO optimizations, A/B testing, and SEO/SEM.
- Experience with sales tools like pipedrive
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving product success.
- Able to work with analytics tools (GA, plausible,...)
- Data-driven marketing background. Experience in translating analysis into action is required.
- You must be able to classify and understand customer personas in order to create effective growth strategies.
- Monitor competitors and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Solid technical background is of advantage, including a high-level understanding of the developers’ world.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as perfect grammar and command of the English language. German and Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly with teams
- SaaS knowledge is a plus
